Description
Oak is a hardwood, therefore is dense and burns hot and slow. It does require a good hot base to get started, we recommend split pine or kindling for this. Ideal for cooking or smoking beef or lamb, tends not to overpower the taste and texture of the meat.
Our bags dimensions are 90cm by 50cm.
